At Vector, we stand by the quality of our performance gear and offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy to ensure you have the right equipment for your training. If your purchase doesn't meet your athletic standards, we will gladly provide a full refund or exchange for unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Vector member portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the gear is free of any signs of wear.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse team inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
